why one months pay in six payments? MS? if no i understood from the email that you only must set up the payments before Sept.

they wanted proof of my mortgage bill , i guess that means credit card payment/send a check to meet MS req to my wife won't work and we are at same address.

Plastiq has a ways to go before being a legit company. The past 2 months I've used my discover card, when I went to make a payment today I got a msg that they are experiencing a "processing outage with MC and VISA cards" and should consider using an amex.
I live chatted (at least they finally got that working) and askes when Discover will be back and working. Their response was that they aren't set up to process discover.

Got a message that the first time I send a payment with Plastiq to my landlord, it will be treated as a Cash Advance.

Can anyone confirm that this is true?

I asssume it should work but you can try on a small amount first
