Can an Authorized User still get a bonus on their own card?

My wife has the United card. I am an authorized user. If I apply for a United card can I get the bonus for myself?

I'm actually only active since 4/15 so it's even worse...I was welcoming him to the posting side of the forums.

That story is horrible. There's also a part of me that feels that "Welcome to Aushwitz" is never the proper thing to say, even there.
