Thank you. I had it in my head that it was biweekly but I guess I had it wrong.

T-bills are weekly except the 52 week which is monthly.
4 and 8 week on Thursday. 13 and 26 week on Monday. Holidays will mess it up by one day.
FYI: Fidelity's cutoff is 9am the day of the auction.

Driving more people to bonds = higher demand = higher prices = lower yields.
