Yikes, you're right!  It looks like the Add-on trick is in danger.  I'll wait a week or two and then try to cancel my preorder book that's scheduled for release in July via chat.

Was able to cancel the future item via chat but not online.  The Amazon Add On trick has definitely gotten harder...

I think we're going to have to keep things in our cart that we generally need and wait to order them for those times when we need >$25 for an add-on order. I suppose we can keep toilet paper, paper towels, and diapers (for those who still have little kids) in the cart for that purpose. But make sur you check prices before clicking away
