OrchardBank credit card from HSBC is for people with bad credit.

Bump. Someone with bad credit just asked me what visa/mc they can apply for that they have a decent chance of getting accepted. Is OrchardBank credit card from HSBC still the best option?

They can get a secured credit card.  Their credit line will be as large as the amount in the account deposited as a security for the credit card.  It will help repair their credit.
