Chat rep said reason is cuz i used s&s discount plus a clipped coupon, and they can't put 3 discounts on one item, so he added $10 credit to my account.
It looked like he didn't even bother checking the promo details, as he asked me "Now let me ask you, for how much is that promotion?"

But he prob. would've checked the promo, while $10 is a regular promo amount.

So i canceled the order, Reordered, And all 3 discounts applied..
