I actually booked the Ritz for 2 nights for 2 rooms (using 4 nights). I thought there was nothing available but then they found me 2 days (back to back) that worked and had 2 rooms. #Miracle

No availability issues on anything in Tokyo. We wanted to be in different areas and try out the different hotels for various reasons. Also we are starting off the trip in Tokyo, then heading to Kyoto/Osaka/Naoshima and then back to Tokyo for a couple nights so its really only one hotel switch in Tokyo.

Kyoto has major availability issues for my dates and was hoping to book either the Ritz or the Hyatt but there's no availability.
