770 1pm.
If going to the chappal so you go there whatever time it is called for. Beware that the parking situation isn't simple there.
Not having anything at the Chapel this time.
Go to 770.

If I want to continue onto the Ohel, do I try to just park somewhere in the procession and follow in my car? Or better to just wait with the crowd in 770 and then drive to the Ohel?

I think.  I have no personal experience.  I assume for R Kotlarsky there'll be lots of cars going.

Wait with the crowd and drive separately

The latter IMHO.

IME, once the procession arrives at Montefiore, it takes a while until proceeding to the actual kevurah. Might be different in this case of large crowds.

Unlike by 770, at the cemetery the space around the plot is limited. I won't be surprised if there is some crowd control.

Amazing!
https://x.com/DansDeals/status/1799833268746924496

“Most people who fundraise over TWO BILLION DOLLARS would be rich from the standard commission for fundraisers of 20%-50%

But when Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky was hired by The Lubavitcher Rebbe, he refused to take a cent from funds raised, feeling that it was wrong to take away money that was intended for the Rebbe or the Shluchim.

Instead, he lived in a simple life, not even renovating his home until he got social security payments.

In the end, he insisted on covering his own funeral with his final paycheck.

A truly great man!”

I guess his commission was beyond anything money could buy.

I'm not trying to take away from the Gadlus of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky but just to clarify:

Fundraisers who get a salary generally don't get a commission of the money raised. They may get bonuses, but almost never a percentage.

Wrong thread, but he wasn't hired to be a fundraiser. He made a very small salary working in the Rebbe's office and historically everyone there took a commission to make ends meet.
