They are all Rabbonim already.
He has 14 children, 8 sons and 6 daughters. His sons serve as Rabbonim in Vishnitzer Batei Midrashim around the world. His oldest son, HaRav Pinches Shulem ZATZAL, served the Kehilla in Borough Park, Brooklyn, New York; Rav Yisroel is the Rov in Monsey, New York; Rav Mendel is the Rov in Kiamesha Lake, New York; Rav Yitzchok Yochonon is the Rov in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The other sons serve internationally: Rav Eliezer in Yerushalayim, Rav Aron in Montreal, Canada; Rav Duvid in London, UK; and his youngest son, Rav Buroch Shamshon, in Beit Shemesh.
(Source YWN)
Which one will becomne rebbe?
All of them.

Some will have a larger crowds then others, but obviously Reb Yisroel will have to largest crowd as he will become Rebbe in Monsey which has probably 70%+ of Viznitz wordwide.
Estate planning?
There is a Will. Halachic and legally binding. The rebbe's had it written up years ago, and is said to be literally foolproof.

I have yet to see or hear of any such thing, as long as humans are involved.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

A will can clarify regarding property, foresight in discussions between a father and his children including public statements during his lifetime, while not foolproof, can avoid machlokes afterwards as well. There is a reason why Dovid Hamelech passed on the throne to Shlomo very publicly in his lifetime at the advice of a navi. While I used the term estate planning, I was referring to all this. Hopefully the Vizhnitzer Rebbe ZTL was able to have this resolved in a way which avoids machlokes and can be used as an example for others.

This is true for everyone.  Most people on DDF are young, so you've probably not thought of estate planning.  But you should have life insurance, and a plan for the care and upbringing of your children, CV"S.  Talk to the substitute guardians and your parents, so no one is shocked and upset that they weren't chosen.
For those with grown children, letting them know the disposition of your assets will give them the chance to come to terms with anything in the will they don't like.  If you're not man enough to face them when you're alive, do you really want to leave things like that when you're dead?

Fights happen even when inheritance is modest. The more assets are involved, the more potential for fights.

Even very smart business people find it hard to deal with this, or just procrastinate. The situation is worse if there's a family business and some of the kids are involved. There are many potential solutions that can keep everyone happy, but step number one is to acknowledge that a huge problem potentially exists, and having the urgency to deal with it.

One of the most heartbreaking stories I am aware of is of a person I knew who dies suddenly and unexpectedly in his 70s. He went to a Madison Avenue law firm to draft his will, but when every minute with the attorney (who is in no rush to let you go, because the attorney wants to do a proper job, which requires a lot of probing) costs you $10 (and additional billing by the attorney to draft documents when you're not sitting in front of him), many people will eventually cut corners. In this specific case AFAIK the family is still fighting, and the value of the estate has suffered.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Another thing to be very careful. You can go to a top attorney and have everything drafted according to "law" perfectly. However if this isn't done properly according to Din Torah, they will end up in Beth din.
Not only that but in many circumstances the legal will does not carry any weight Al pi torah and Beth don't will have to go Al pi torah totally ignoring the will.

That's a totally different issue. I've read many different opinions about how Beis Din looks at legal wills (which is far from simple). Regardless of whether there's a din torah or not, it is highly advisable to have everything reviewed by a Halachic Authority that specializes in these matters and is fully aware of the local laws, or else there's a risk of violating torah law in the distribution of assets. I've heard of someone who's siblings insisted on dividing assets based on civil law (in Israel) even though they were halachically not entitled to anything. I guess he was מוחל after the fact, but does that make it right? Properly drafted halachic (such as שטר חצי זכר for example) could have avoided such issues.

We need to be thankful that her parents fought for her education.
Malcolm Gladwell actually has a pretty interesting podcast episode regarding this case.  Worth a listen if anyone is interested.

From a non PC standpoint,  are African Americans really better off since desegregation? I see a system that is failing them as a whole, particularly the public education system .....
