ETA: The expression I used - "good friend" was based on a Hebrew translation I read of an exchange in Russian. That same Hebrew translation was translated in the following video as "close friend". However, the Russian expression is сильный товарищ which translates into English as "strong comrade". Using the word friend (a result of the fact that there's no proper Hebrew word for comrade, and the fact that the Russian word товарищ as used during communist years was commonly translated into Hebrew as חבר) is doing great injustice to the expression (notice the expressions of Lev Leviev upon hearing the Rebbe use the expression about Avi Taub).
