blackberry 9330 sprint help!

I just got the sprint blackberry 9330. it seems very slow freezes up at times. Anyone having this problem and being its within 30 days should i exchange it for an android epic 4g or something like that being blackberry has nothing better or diff. the reason i chose bb because of BBM and the email is great all my accounts go into one inbox and no $10 extra 4g data plan.

What version are you running.
Try an OTA update.If not through the manager, it  should help.

Just got this phone too and everything is running smoothly, the battery is not the greatest though (especially if you're using the Internet)

I'd guess the OP should get it swapped out for a working one.
