Which Routing Should I Take?

On my return trip to CDG and TLV I have the two options. Which one would you book?

For all of these I leave Wednesday either 1am to 5am, I need to be back at ORD by Wednesday 3:30pm for a 4pm class.
Which one would you book?

Option 1:
TLV-IST-FRA (TK J) - FRA-JFK (SQ R) // JFK-ORD (JetBlue Paid $160)

Option 2:
TLV-IST-FRA-ORD (TK, UA Y)

More into it. I need to be back by 4pm. All 3 are separate itineraries. If I miss one flight my whole day gets messed up and being on separate itineraries I can be screwed if one flight it late.
