Getting CC's sent to an International address

Is it possible to get credit cards shipped to an international address?
Anyone ever done it? If so, which cards.

I'm sure the Americans in Israel have some experience...

Your first card usually has to go to your address. replacemants can usually be sent anywhere.

I've has no issue getting BofA to send me replacement cards to Australia

I don't know about first issue, maybe just get it sent to a US address and a few weeks later ask for a replacement

i get my amex statement monthly sent to israel. cont pp card offered to send it  to israel as well.
