He recently posted that he does the cc cb game as a full time job, so I'm assuming its his primary income.

No matter how much value you get from points/miles/cash back do not ever consider it and more importantly rely on it as your primary income. It is incidental income that is here today and can be gone tomorrow.

If anyone wants to know (future reference) there iz a TAZ in O"C Hilchos Yom Tov l'gabei cooking, It's a long taz, Seif 6 towards the end where he brings the Pirkei D'reb Eliezer Halocho l'maaseh.

The problem with cash back cards is you have to be able to exploit them. Once you talk about ways to exploit them it usually results in those techniques getting shut down right away. The best card right now would be the Amex BCP. A nice 6% on groceries. You can buy Visa GC’s with it and net 5% on all spending.

For the average person spend categories on certain cards is the way to go especially if you are using the points/miles. Did I really just say that? That DO really messed me up.
