Make your own, I was just responsible for collecting the funds, so I was reporting to everyone.

Funds were delivered to Dan via (fee free) Amazon Payments, and I got to spend $300 on my Cap1 Venture

I can think of 2 reasons
1. Nobody ever really seemed firm about it, it was more like nobody suggested anyplace better yet so we'll go with that for now.
2. They weren't being very accommodating (granted that's not much of an issue now that we're <15)
