Also, upstairs is definitely quieter and I'd recommend getting a table there if possible. I know the maitre d' at LM if it helps.

Thing is, I don't want to clog my email with every reply in every thread on DDF, or every time someone writes +1, or every :-) or  , or  .  I mean, I know that those emoticons are a very critical contribution to the flow of conversations on the DDF, but still not pressing enough to alert me like an alarm clock that meshugener says +1 or  ...

Personally for me its not a big deal, I am not really involved on the forums these days... but for someone who is on here all day and night I would think you would extend a little more courtesy.
