Same here.
Food is secondary to me. It can be pizza as far as I am concerned.
The main thing I am looking for is a place that we would be able to chill and schmooze comfortably.
If its a loud/packed place it defeats the whole purpose.

Been folowing the disscussion,I can join & flexible with dates.
How about going to a Schvits/Shvits ? $:-\$ Pretty chilly here in NY lately,with plenty of place to schvits,chill,discuss, i can arrange a place(no xtra charge) has a nice big lounge area to sit together without anyone interfering/bothering.+ we can order in kosher food&drinks from close by glatt kosher restaurants @ no xtra charge from the shvits + (can bring ur own wine,drink of choice

)

Shvits wouldn't make it very accessible to female DD members, although I've noticed that they didn't seem to ever have made it to a DDF Meeting.
