I would suggest an early dinner around 5ish?
That would give us pleanty of time to hang out and you can make your return flight and we can get home at a decent hour.
Or maybe meet even earlier for drinks before dinner?

Drinks at Clubhouse at 3:30, dinner at LM across the street at 4:30?
Latest return flight is at 8:45pm that night, so I'd probably leave by 7 or so?
