Looks like the old Fairmont master thread has vanished, and a number of new threads on this topic have been created. For the purpose of efficiency, I propose making this the new master thread, and linking the individual threads to here.

Mods: If the old Fairmont master thread has been deleted for any particular reason, obviously delete this one as well.
