2) Can someone answer how combining certificates from multiple people works? Can I buy one from this person with a suite upgrade and combine it with someones that doesnt have an upgrade to have 3 consecutive nights in a suite?

People signed up for the cc before it was discontinued. In a few months, this thread will be dead.

I posted earlier that Accor sent out Fairmont certs in March to some presidents club members. That may be the last batch before the program changes.

How did you know what Barbados Fairmont requires? Did you check the terms and Conditions, or did you speak to a Barbados rep?
When you were there, did they mention the mode of payment (cert vs. cash) at check in? i.e. "I see your using certificates for your stay"

I have 2 remaining free nites, same account. One expires May 26 and the other Oct 16. Includes suite upgrade and dining certs.

Asking $200 for May exp and $300 for Oct. Or $450 for both

Does anyone have experience with having a property open up room availability for the fiarmont rooms? Like calling the hotel to do this?
Or if its sold out, my only hope is to wait and see if it opens up...?
