Littler exaggerating with 400 usd

I have 1 cert night. I book 2 more nights I paid directly with Fairmont. 320 with tax

The price are certificates here goes way to out of control...

Also using my suit upgrade cert. So its still a good deal

The only thing I can understand is your first sentence.

Really! So let me spell it for you...

The price of the certificates on this thread his way over priced

I had my own certificate for 1 free night that I used with suit upgrades plus I paid for 2 more nights directly with Fairmont hôtel and came out to 320 with tax per night

So why paying so much for a certificate when you can get the same for cheaper at the resevation center.

IMHO Its not worth more than 200 usd

So you used it for a cheaper hotel. Most people here are buying it for hotels that are $500+ a night.

And besides the point there are very few certificates that exist so people can charge more for them...

Sounds like you should have sold your certificate and paid the cash rate for all 3 nights  ;)

have 2 fairmont nights with upgrade cert both nights expire in October 2018 and feb 2019 looking for 60,000 marriot each night to be transferred into my account, this is worth more then 400 dollars .if you have Marriott points and would like to do the trade pm I will call up and take care of it
i said the 60,00 marriott are worth more then 400 dollars  , and compared  to the cost of staying in a standard room at fairmont Southhampton  which  can cost in the  7 hundreds  without a suite upgrade

i used mine at a hotel that was going for $650/night. plus, these are drying up quickly since the CC is no longer available.

i used my a Hyatt SUN at park hyatt when the rate was 1000+ and Hilton cert at Conrad Samui at a 1200 rate. Does not mean the cert is worth more that the ~ rate of 300

Plus corp rates get price down and there are always alternatives for other certificates. I can buy a short term Hyatt cert or a Ritz carlton for around 275-300. SO unless u have to stay in a fairmont where there is no other alternative luxury hotel why would u pay a rate for a cert that makes no sense
