It is a whole business office 365 plan with a number of users. My point is that I find it to be a good smooth interface

Anyone here use pcloud.com, they have a 2TB lifetime plan, for about $350.

My experience with these lifetime plans is that it means the life of the provider and it is typically not very long

+1 it’s effectively a Ponzi scheme where more and more people need to sign up just to support services for the existing (and ever growing) customer base.

And they no longer need to keep you happy, so they can stop all IT and upgrading.

Any proof for your statement ? Know of a site that did that ?
Seems to be recommended by lots of comparison sites.

I had that experience twice. If you think about it, the model can't possibly sustain itself as @AsherO wrote.

I'm having issues with OneDrive recently. It often makes duplicates of documents, saying that a copy exists already so they are making a duplicate because it can't sync. Even more annoying, at times I get an error when I try to access a file that is stored on the cloud and I can't see the picture or document. Anyone have a solution?

I have an internet filter so perhaps it is connected?
