Every week we go through the same thing. We have 5-6 mains we just end up rotating.
It is a bit more difficult when you have kids that are picky eaters.

For the mains is it different ever night? Does it repeat each week?

It's different if we choose different things, the same if we choose the same. But the list is pretty long. Unless there are leftovers, that overrides any selection.

Every Friday afternoon, Friday after the seudah, Shabbos, and Sunday night 

You have a month's worth of diffrent mains??

Yup. That's only about 16, since Sunday night is leftovers and Friday night/mtz"sh don't count. Last month's mains:

Meat: meatballs, BBQ pepper steak, sloppy joes, hamburger steak in onion gravy
Chicken: Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, ginger-soy grilled chicken, grilled baby chicken salad, garlic chicken stir fry
Fish: Fish tacos/blackened tilapia, honey mustard salmon
Dairy: homemade pizza, penne a la vodka, spinach lasagna, veggie omelets, shakshuka, blintzes
