What:
Breakfast: Tea with Honey
Lunch: 1/4 cup rice, 3 eggs (3 white, 1 yolk), 4 white corn tortillas
Dinner: 2 chicken breast tenders, about 10 green beans, 1 large white sweet potatoes, cubed.
Desert: 1 dozen gluten free chocolate chip cookies
Occasional snacks but that about it..
