By Mintz in 11th st. Before that @ the Laurel on the Pines club house. At one point he used to go to Manhattan West Side to lein for Shabbos.

+1 He was equally loved on both ends of the orthodox spectrum from the most liberal MO guy to the diehard lakewood fanatic. He had an amazing knack of connecting to people through humor and pleasantness. He should have a lichtige gan eden.
