i think amazon has fixed the problem with only one being received because my last 4 orders were all 12 balls each

sorry i misunderstood - i actually never thought i would get dozens - the orders where I only got one amazon said to keep it and gave me my money back. only the last 4 orders out of about 15 came with a dozen. I guess my kids will have a good time playing baseball now
