Worth switching from NH 77W F to JL 77W F if it saves ~16K miles but changes the NRT connection from 7.5 hours (could do 1 or 2 things) to 1.5 hours?

Other issue is that if ROR-GUM-NRT is delayed the JL flight is on a separate itin which may be a headache.

Pros: All on same itin + "Business" from ROR-GUM-NRT + 7.5 hour connection in NRT
Cons: Cost - 110K UA (paying post-deval price)

JL:

Pros: Cost - 62.5K + $75 (expedite fee) [paying pre-deval price keeping in mind that AA is due for a big deval which would make this award much more expensive; I wouldn't be shocked if it was ~85K or more)  + 12.5K (in Y) = 75K total
Cons: Separate itin, so not protected + Coach for ROR-GUM-NRT + only 90 min layover in NRT

Eh, we'd be able to make it to a palace and lunch if everything's on time.  I'm used to operating on no sleep after a couple of kids :)
Plus NH has the square First which looks neat, https://www.google.com/search?q=ana+square+first

The biggest issue with JAL is the 90 minute connection from UA.
If either UA flight is delayed that flight goes bust and there's no other JL flight before shabbos.
