Crazy new technology called email where you can let people know of policy updates and shtuff like that.
ALOL @ the suggestion that UA will proactively email their customers. As if.
You'd be lucky to get an email prior to a flight
being canceled. Proactive emails to all customers booked on UA 154? Never happening.
