And which countries would those be?
Though I'm assuming that was either an exaggeration or a stab at Jewish schools education

I somehow don't believe there is such a thing. Because whenever i have spoken to a customer service representative they couldn't make heads or tails of what i was saying. and neither could i of what they were saying.

I spoke to my contact in amazon,told him to open up center in Israel they will do better job then the Philippines,he said will give over to the right department.

Do you realize that their cost in Israel would be 10x their cost in India, and at least 3-4x their cost in the Philippines? Good luck convincing them it's worth it...

Have you ever gotten soo mad at those ppl that dont understand a word of what your saying? Well all these companies know that we do get mad and the second we say let me speak to someone that speaks english, we get to the 'manager'. So i kind of think its worth their while to have the positive feedback

Companies just wanna do chessed and don't give a hoot about the bottom line.

All it takes is a few more posts on DDF and this dream will become reality.

Wishful thinking, companies with multi-million dollar customer service budgets definitely analyze their spending and decide if they're getting the best ROI.

Just for the record, I know people who run such a business, and it isn't
So simple for them to find smaller clients, let alone big ones.
