I worked at a call center in Jerusalem for an American company. It was strait up cold calling and great pay.
How do you expect married women to work US hours??

My opinion is that the most useful skill for an American company is marketing.
You need native proficiency in English, it's a well paying job in very high demand, and outsourcing to save money makes sense.

Why Cant they work Israeli hours? For a 24 hour US company

The prob with telemarketing is, i think they pay very little but with commission. And how many "Yes" do you think they get? Its not worth it for them. And you dont feel like your accomplishing anything.

Marketing as in online marketing and not telemarketing.
Major difference.

Thats a different story... but unless they are making money I.E sales... They can get Indians for a hundredth of a percent cheaper then it would take jewish mother to get out of bed

Making sales is very rewarding and can pay amazing commissions . If u know what ur doing you get a lot of yeses

Their Husbands are in Israel for whatever reason. But in most cases that ive come across its not as if they have the spare funds to do a real course. and they need the money now. but it is a good idea

Story happened yesterday.
There was an ad in the Ramat Eshkol N'Shei looking to hire someone and train them in. My wife emailed her and said she may be interested. She got a reply saying that we are giving interviews tonight, we already have 40 applicants.
This was in a couple of hours. People here are desperate for jobs!
Someone has to help.

also means that they can offer s/t low due to the supply/demand

Kemach isn't able to help with vocational training, or is that just for israeli's?

There us a relatively new office that opened up to hire kollel wives davka . From what I understand there are different shifts to choose from. It's mainly computer/billing phone work . From what I hear, there are many applicants and that they just moved to a new office that can carry many employees . Email if you're interested irhabira@gmail.com
