I didn't say that, but what is certain is that since the Chofetz Chaim there hasn't been any, besides a couple of confirmed hoaxes.

AFAIK nobody has said that there won't be another dibuk ever again, I'm not saying I believe this story specifically but I'm open to the possibility that it's true.
