How do I get from 75K AA miles to 80K?

I want to book a trip to Israel with 75K.  Anyway to do it?

don't have starwood... only continental would that work?  or how much would they charge me for 5k?

$177.81 for 5,000 miles bought from AA.  (5,500 miles if purchased by 01/31)
$175 for 5,000 Starpoints which can transfer into 5,000 AA miles.

Or open another AA card or Starwood consumer or Starwood business card.

you can't transfer miles from continental to aa.

Funny how people always ask this question...I guess I don't follow the logic.
Would Le Marais take gift cards from Prime Grill?
AA and ContinentalUnited (ConU?) are rivals, why would their miles be transferable to each other?
