A Canadian Amex rep just confirmed that the long-awaited MR to BA promotion will return June 26th and run all the way into September. No information has been updated online yet.

It is already in effect, I just did a transfer. They told me it will begin on June 26th 2015 but seems like the MR.ca website already put it into effect before actually announcing the promo. Called CS and confirmed that it actually ends September 30th 2015. T&C has not been released publicly.
