10 weeks later and still not referral points. Supervisor basically told me "tough luck."

Already did. Supervisor took 6 days to "investigate" only to come back and ask me the same stupid questions.

Same issue here on both Hilton/AMEX cards. Same silly responses. Not sure what's up here.

Oh, Lol. Sorry. Yup, took 3 supervisors to even open an investigation... (First 2 were Indians, they kept on insisting that there is no referral bonus..)
