You admitted that (i) the address on your AS account did not match your ID and (ii) you booked a ticket for a third party. Both are red flags, and you have not confirmed why the discrepancy for (i) and if you brokered the ticket for (ii).

If your hands are not entirely clean, you threatening to sue them (or actually suing them) can come back and bite you hard.

+1. I assumed it was for the typical failure to pay AF. Actually violating the T&C is a legitimate reason for them to act as they did.

1)I am not sure what is wrong with putting my parents address in my Alaska mileage account. I can prove that i got married 2 years ago and i get all my not important mail to that address. Obviously if i would of known this would be a issue i could of easily put the address matching to my license when i created the account a few months ago. They are obviosuy looking for any reason to close accounts weather it makes sense or not.
2) i was actually giving a ticket to my Rabbi who was flying from Milan to JFK with Alaska/Emirates and no he was not paying me a penny.

Is there any other reason they would close the account?

Did you explain that to them in a respectful, non-emotional way, without the use of exclamation marks?

most likely not at the time (which is understandable) in which they replied case closed so...

I'd follow up with another letter reviewed by someone who knows grammar and is level-headed to better explain the situation.

If you draft one, have it reviewed by someone (as above), I will give it a once-over if I have time.

The $75 AS fee hit my account i already merged all my 6 cards on one account and it was fine and my accounts are still active but i dont want to pay the fee so can i cancel this card or downgrade to a free card and then soon the 30k promo is going to come out signup again or is that very risky ?

I thought I remember reading upthread that AS wanted to charge someone for a full price ticket because they sold the miles to a broker. Has that happened more than once, or was that a lone incident ?

Just logged into to my account and saw the message that there were account discrepancies and I have to call in.
If I have a flight already booked and ticketed, can they still cancel it ?

I had that happen to me and I called in they gave me a warning the next time I sell my miles they will shut me down I can only book for my self and no one else and they released my account and all is good.....

Tickets were not sold. Booked for brother and his wife. Will have to call in and see what happens.

Definetly, they can even cancel during the flight, and leave them stranded.
