Probably won't claw it back, but in no way does that make you safe for the actual booking. Once you try to redeem on partners they may investigate and clawback. If they investigate and you got the AF refunded because of the closure, those miles are history, at least IME.

I opened a couple Alaska cards a few months ago, the points posted, I closed the cards (didn't pay the AF) and the points are sitting there.
