Cheap o Air vs Orbitz/Priceline

Why does Cheapoair have tickets for Alitalia and Orbitz and Priceline do no thave the same flights? Orbitz doesnt show flights on alitalia at all and Priceline doesnt have the same times as Cheap o Air.

Probably has to do with the commission fees.
