In fact, with MLE, there are significantly more islands, which means more tear droplet shaped islands of glorious beauty, so the sea plane ride to the resort is even more epic.

And, try as I might, I simply cannot discount:

It's not just the mountain, Bora Bora has all that greenery, take the scenery minus the OWB, Dayenu.

Yes, i took the shark and sting ray feeding tour.

There were dozens of sharks, i couldn't even count.

There were also lemon sharks spotted, i may have (almost certainly) photographed it, when i get back I'll try to find, I'll need to sift the the almost 64GB of photos and video.

Most smaller sharks (reef sharks, silver tips, etc.) are scavengers; they only prey on dead or dying animals.

Aside from bull, tiger, and to a lesser extent great white, you really have nothing to fear from sharks.

I've dove with 13 foot nurse sharks before, and as long as you don't poke them in the eye, or wave your bleeding arm in front of their face, they'll leave you alone.
