I hear ya. Guess I'll have to do BOB and decide for myself.

Somehow in my mind though I think that all I really need is the OWB, a pool, and the snorkeling. If I want the sights and land activities I'll go to LIH.

They are if you're looking for OWB, but if you've done it already, as I have, it's high atop my list.

Water looks fantastic, as does the fishing, and the island life.

So my cooler with my POM meals never arrived. Luckily i had 6 meals in another cooler which did make it, and plenty of other food.

The question is, how much compensation can i expect from AA? I filed a claim at arrival and haven't received any calls or emails from them.

Data point: The Le Tipanié Restaurant in the LM were very accommodating, they happily heated my KSML, let us eat in the restaurant, brought us plastic, froze and refrigerated our food and packed us unpeeled fruits and vegetables (they did charge us for it though)

They gave us a box of Kelloggs frosted flakes for free. (Don't expect that though)

I am now in the seychelles. On Praslin island to be exact and the seychelles are nice, but its not the maldives. Problem, once you have been to the maldives everything else is a downgrade

Mind elaborating in what way exactly? Snorkeling not as nice? Resort not as nice? Not enough things to do?
