Blank Check NYC
« on: June 21, 2015, 01:36:06 PM »
If someone would give you a blank check and tell you “you can go with your spouse once to whichever restaurant you want and watch whichever show you want”, which restaurant and show would you chose in the NYS tristate area?

I'm asking a normal question. This is related to an offer I got from someone. Not exactly sure what your point is.

Pardon my ignorance. What does "GCs" stand for?

Gift cards

That person/company  is paying for a one-time meal and show. How do gift cards help?

Alol. Love the sarcasm. Check out the nyc restaurant thread for some good ideas. Personally I'd probably go for reserve cut or Mikes.

Thanks. I was already at Reserve Cut. That's why I was asking. I wanted to hear some different options. I guess I'll try Mike's. Was thinking for the show to see "the Book of Mormons". Was wondering if anyone saw it and what they thought of it or if I should rather see something else.

Wolf & Lamb is very good but might not be worth it for a blank check.

Definitely Mikes. Would probably substitute the show and go for lunch at Noi Due then walk it off until dinner.

Show I'm still leaning towards Book of Mormon unless someone tells me that it's not good or that another show is better.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say not many people here have seen Book of Mormon
