Mail to lounge/airport

Random question,

Anyone ever hear of mailing something to a lounge or airport tried calling Air France lounge in Boston and they thought I was crazy. I need to get a sim card in Boston for when I land for my stop off.

Have someone book a refundable ticket to that terminal or get some kind of lounge/gate pass to go past security & meet you there.

Other idea might be to go out of the airport & have someone send you a sim card with Uber
