Ctrl F didny search each catalog. It searched that page. A simple foogle search shows one in possession of a Chabad chasid in London. And there are more.

Thank you for exonerating me. The copy that OP is talking about is inferior to the one Kestenbaum sold for 95k.

In general it's just a collector's thing, but in regards to 1'st  edition of the נועם אלימלך, it does have a special סגולה, as known in chasidish circles.
