Basically Text a driver through his license plate.

Alert a driver if he's about to receive a ticket, if he forgot to move his car, if he's about to be towed, if he's blocking your car.

Gelt means money in Yiddish, so gelt + gelt doesn't necessarily mean it has any connection.

This "org" (Yiddish gelt) usually hangs up posters before Yom Tov with tips on where and how to park the car, so that you shouldn't get ticketed or towed, but it looks like that domain is still for sale .
