If you a have Southwest Companion Pass (perhaps through the CC signups), Virgin America is offering to match/challenge that to Elevate Gold through June 30th (and if you earn 12K status points by 6/30, you get it for the rest of the year).

Probably more useful to people who have a flight on Virgin in the next couple months but never plan on status matching in the future.  Pile on up to 3 bags for free.

I didn't look around to see if they have any good unheard of stuff on there and there probably isn't. Though it could be good for newbies that don't know where to start and don't want to ask a million questions.

I'm guessing a challenge is for 90 days? Can you get them to challenge it again after the 90 days are up? Or they realize it and say no?
