Full Day Stopover Choice-Helsinki or Dusseldorf

Any opinions on which city is more enjoyable for young couple? Landing in the morning and leaving late evening.

Helsinki by far. Interesting ortodox churches , the old Olympic park and you also have Suomenlinna island is great for a picnic or just to explore...

Is there anything to do in Dusseldorf?  We have a 6 hour layover there.  Worth leaving the airport?  Anywhere to get food?

There isn't much to do there but 6 hours should be enough time to go walk around and check out the place, there is some kosher food there. Generally anything above 4 1/2 to 5 hours I leave the airport

I took a nice walk along the river, there are some nice buildings along the water as well.
Other than that i dont think there is much to do there.
