Proof of resident on Citi credit card

If anyone could help me please, I just get a email from citi that they need proof of me being a resident. And they don't let bank statements ! All they take is phone bill (not cellphone) utility or state id. And I have non of those! Was wondering if anyone has any good ideas how to get some kind of proof (obviously cheap and fast) thank you so much!

Add your name to anyone's optimum bill and change billing address to reflect yours. that's what I do.

Don't know anyone that PAYS for it...lol how much would it be to activate for one month?

how do u get optimum for free, are you talking about just a wifi pass or reg full service?
