I think the lack of excitment because it's from Munich and not Frankfurt,  whcih has FCT...

MUC has an amazing First Class Lounge with Kosher Food, as well as the private Schaffer from/to the aircraft (if birding/arriving to a remote stand).
I was just there two weeks ago.
But.... This deal is dead now anyway, but always opens up 14-15 days before.

I had one from MUC to IST On LH, and was very tasteful. Than in the FCL there was actually a three course meal separately wrapped, which looked completely different than what you posted (I took pictures & I'll post them when I have a chance).

It's neither the 747 nor the A380

It's not direct to FRA

It's not from NYC

Since the UA deval, *A F redemptions have become prohibitively expensive

The new F on LH is identical on all their aircrafts, including the A330. (Except for the large toilet).

Again the new F is the same throughout their fleet including the A380, B747-8, A330, A340, except for the 747-400 which has the separate seat & separate bed.

Having flown virtually all of them, I can tell you that hard product is more than just seat.

F on the A380, aside from being in the A380 with all its attendant benefits,  e.g. smoother ride, has two massive lavatories that are glorious, has a humidifier, has lockers (making it very spacious), tail camera, and is on the upper deck. Additionally, the lavs are up front so no business pax are sneaking in there.

None of the above is true for A330 or A340, which are, actually the same.

The 744 has a seat and bed which is completely different.

And the 748 is in the nose of the plane, on the lower deck, very far from engines, has lockers and smaller lavs.
