I just saw Amazon has something called "Amazon Allowance", you can send an Allowance, every month or any set time to another Amazon account. But it would be sent in a gift card. Would this be a good replacement for Amazon payments? Thanks in advance....

You simply buy an amazon gift card for someone.

True. Sending a Gift card to someone would be the same thing. I was thinking I use Amazon, and a family member also do, we can send each other Gift cards in Allowance from our credit card.
