Supreme Court of the United States Recent Rulings
« on: June 26, 2015, 10:44:48 AM »
Has anyone ever seen a more liberal leaning SCOTUS as we have now? Every single ruling is becoming political as opposed to basing things off the constitution.

I just opened DDF to post about this. Amazing how this conservative leaning court has turned out some of the most liberal opinions of the century.
If you don't care why would you comment?

  • Programs: 1. Search on google. 2. Search in the right board of DDF with a general word or two. 3. Read the wiki. 4. Read the thread. 5. Ask away.

Is the target here Chief Justice John Roberts? Is the belief that his decisions are politically motivated?

I'm not as convinced this tike around. But 2 years ago the only rationale for his crow bar of reading the law had to be political.
I don't necessarily mean that he was persuaded by a specific political leaning. But it could have been due to the magnitude of the case and the collateral affects that striking it down would have had.
Was just making sure.
