Did you try calling a TA?
And yes it is normal even then. It's happened to me before where I've called TA's and been told that at times fares put together byITA just can't be recreated. Can't say for sure but just repeating what I've been told.

nope.
kayak has been showing for around this price for the past 6months for succos time.
and then when you click on it the price would double.
now kayak doesn't even show it
